You can apply for a car with Carzie online on our website once you have selected a vehicle here. We have made applying for a Carzie lease simple, with a six-step form that will allow you to know your eligibility in as little as 5 minutes.

When you have been confirmed as eligible for a lease, you will then receive an email and SMS requesting your last 90 days of bank statements. This helps us to understand your affordability and capability to meet the weekly, fortnightly or monthly lease payments.

Once complete, we will then send you an SMS with a link to verify your identity. This will typically request a photo or scan of your driver’s licence (front and back) and a live photo of yourself.

Upon verification of your identity and affordability, your application will then be finalised and our customer service team will promptly begin processing your lease application and be in touch. After that you’ll be able to arrange a collection date to pick up your car, while our team quickly ensures a full service and polished car, ready for your arrival.

You can have the car within 24-72 working hours from your successful application.

The collection timeframe will depend on how quickly the application process and documents are completed. Once we have received your application, our team will work immediately to process your application and if approved, prepare the car for your collection as soon as possible.

Yes, you may still be eligible for a car lease if you’re employed and earning a stable income, despite your credit score. At Carzie we are driven to help people with bad credit get into cars.

Yes, there is a deposit required to secure your vehicle and allow us to schedule the car for a service ready for your collection. We usually request an up-front deposit of equal to two (2) weekly payments of your lease term in advance, before you collect your car.

With Carzie, our leases range from 3 – 4 years, after which you then have the option to upgrade to a newer car to suit your needs.
Absolutely. You can browse through our extensive selection of late-model cars on our website, all of which are available and ready to be leased. Once you’ve found a car you like, simply select the lease term and repayments that suit you, and apply in minutes to see if you’re eligible.

Your weekly or fortnightly payments will cover the cost of using the vehicle. Carzie covers the cost of comprehensive car insurance and annual registration fees.

Yes, regular car servicing is required at the customer’s expense as per the Terms and Conditions of the lease agreement.

The vehicles are covered by Carzie vehicle warranty and regular servicing at intervals not greater then 15,000km are required to maintain the vehicle warranty.

Yes, you will need to have your own Toll account. Carzie accepts no responsibility for any tolls or traffic infringements incurred.

No, upon expiry of the lease agreement you will not own the vehicle automatically. Under the Lease agreements you have no right or obligation to purchase the vehicle upon completion of your lease agreement.

However, at the end of the lease, you may have the option to purchase the vehicle by making a residual payment based on the car’s residual value, or you can simply return the vehicle to the leasing company. You can make an offer to purchase the vehicle from Alpha Fleet Pty Ltd (our partner and vehicle owner).

Acceptance of this offer will be at Alpha Fleet’s absolute discretion. More information regarding the end of lease process can be found in the Lease Terms and Conditions.

No, Carzie will ensure that your vehicle is adequately insured. This means if you comply with state and federal laws and the obligations listed in the Carzie Terms and Conditions you will be covered.

Yes you can return the vehicle early, however terms and conditions apply.
