I would like to convey my appreciation with respect to Alpha /Carzee representative Saul on his calm and professional manner in attending to what turned out to be a rather frustrating day concerning a battery replacement for my car. The battery in the car malfunctioned and required replacing, which on the surface seemingly meant a rather simple process. However, as it turned out this wasn't the case because late in the afternoon the automotive specialist that I normally use informed that he could not attend to my problem, despite saying that he could earlier in the day. As a result, I contacted Saul and explained of the dilemma. Consequently, Saul made several enquiries and was able to arrange a battery replacement for the car within the hour, notwithstanding the lateness of the day. No, upon expiry of the lease agreement you will not own the vehicle automatically. Under the Lease agreements you have no right or obligation to purchase the vehicle upon completion of your lease agreement.

However, at the end of the lease, you may have the option to purchase the vehicle by making a residual payment based on the car’s residual value, or you can simply return the vehicle to the leasing company. You can make an offer to purchase the vehicle from Alpha Fleet Pty Ltd (our partner and vehicle owner).

No, Carzie will ensure that your vehicle is adequately insured. This means if you comply with state and federal laws and the obligations listed in the Carzie Terms and Conditions you will be covered.

Yes, regular car servicing is required at the customer’s expense as per the Terms and Conditions of the lease agreement.

The vehicles are covered by Carzie vehicle warranty and regular servicing at intervals not greater then 15,000km are required to maintain the vehicle warranty.

Yes you can return the vehicle early, however terms and conditions apply.
