We have made applying for a Carzie Lease simple. We are 100% online and applying takes approx. 5mins.
We start with a simple questionnaire.
After that we will send you an SMS and email to upload your 90days of bank statements, this helps us understand your affordability.
Last step is we will send you an SMS link to verify your Identity. This is a photo of your driver’s license front and back and a photo of yourself.
Once these three steps are completed, your application will be finalised, and our CARZIE team will promptly begin processing it.

Once your application has been approved, our customer Service team will be in contact and walk you through the document process.
From there one of our Delivery team will be in touch to schedule your pick up time.
Generally, you can be in your Carzie Lease Car within 24 business hours.
You will be required to pay two (2) weeks in advance before collecting the car.
The CARZIE Leases range from 3 – 4 years. And you can tailor your lease to suit your needs.
On our website we show the current CARZIE available cars which you can choose from. We will ensure this is updated and only showing vehicles that are available.
The available cars are kept up to date and will always be changing. We do our best to have a wide range of vehicles that will meet your needs.
When you lease a vehicle with CARZIE you have peace of mind that you are driving a quality vehicle. Included in your lease repayments are registration and Damage Cover Insurance.
Yes, regular servicing is required at the customer expense as per the Terms and Conditions of the lease agreement. The vehicles are covered by Carzie vehicle warranty and regular servicing at intervals not greater then 15,000kms are required to maintain the vehicle warranty
Yes you do need to have your own Toll account, Carzie will take no responsibility for any tolls or traffic infringements
This is a consumer lease for a vehicle. The lessee has no right or obligation to purchase the motor vehicle at the end of the lease View disclaimer here.
No, upon expiry of the lease agreement you will not own the vehicle automatically. Under the Lease agreements you have no right or obligation to purchase the vehicle upon completion of your lease agreement.
You can make an offer to purchase the vehicle from Alpha Fleet Pty Ltd (the vehicles owner). Acceptance of this offer will be at Alpha Fleets absolute discretion. More information regarding the end of lease process can be found in the Lease Terms and Conditions.
Yes, you can let CARZIE know of your interest to purchase the vehicle and make an offer to purchase either 90 (ninety) days before the end of lease or at the end of the lease. Any sale of the vehicle would be under a separate agreement with the registered owner, Alpha Fleet Pty Ltd and not form part of the current lease agreement .
No, Carzie will ensure that all their vehicles are adequately insured. This means if you comply with state and federal laws and the obligations listed in the CARZIE Terms and Conditions you will be covered.
Yes you can return the vehicle early, terms and conditions apply.
